I know longer have the wet, damp and musty smell in my basement and most of all no more flooding. They do great work and I am very satisfied. We have owned our present home for the past 25 years and throughout this period we had experienced water seeping through the basement walls and floors during severe heavy rainfalls (especially during early spring thaws.) Many methods of improvements were attempted over the period to eliminate the problem such as new French drains, waterproofing walls, and directing water flow around the home. None of these efforts ever eliminated the problem completely. After many years of frustration we heard about Waterproofing Specialties of Ridgway. We called upon them to investigate our problem. Thanks to their system and installation (job well done) we have not experienced any basement water seepage since the water guard system was installed. We highly recommend the installation.
