Installing a waterproofing system from Waterproofing Specialties is one of the best things we have ever done for our home. It has taken the worry form our minds when it rains, and we can rest easy during any storm. Since installing the system, we have not had a drop of water in our basement from outside water and can now plan on using the room for something other than unused space. In the past when it started to rain, we would ready the wet-dry vac and wait for the “fun” to begin. Now, after installing the waterproofing and battery back-up system we can take vacations and not worry about coming back to a basement full of water and mildew. One of the great things about this waterproofing system is that it is all under the concrete and is not visible. You don’t see it, but you know it is working when the sump begins to pump water during those heavy downpours. The owner of the company was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable of his business plus the price of installing this system was much less than we expected. The crew that did the installation was thorough and efficient and wasted no time getting the job done. The total job took only two days. Follow-up after the job was excellent and what one expects from a credible company.
